Stripped app for iPhone and iPad

Stripped makes slow connections useable by stripping web pages of everything but the bare text.

Stripped doesnt block anything by default. When you need it, activate it in the App or just open the page via its Action Extension.

Please note that some sites will not work properly or at all when opened this way.


HOW TO INSTALL

Go to Settings > Safari > Content Blockers and enable "Stripped"

On any page in Safari, open the Share Sheet. In the lower row (monochrome icons) find the ••• ("More") icon all the way to the right. Tap it, and enable "Open Stripped".

Now, when your connection is slow, you can open the Share Sheet and tap "Open Stripped" to get a stripped down version of the page youre trying to view.
